Core workflows

Concrete paths people follow inside OM Gallery after the basics are set up.

  • Create and configure an event album

Add an album for the event, set the title and date, and choose viewing and download rules before you upload files.

  • Share galleries with clients or guests

Send a direct gallery link by email or message, or display a QR code so people can open the album on their phone.

  • Collect guest uploads

When guest upload is enabled for the album, visitors can add photos from their devices into the same event gallery.

  • Manage multiple events

Use your dashboard to work across many albums and keep each event separate without mixing files or access.

Common questions

Help-focused answers about albums, sharing, guest uploads, and downloads. (Pricing and plan questions also appear on the main FAQ on the home page.)

How do I create a new event album?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and create an album. Add a title, event details, and privacy or download settings, then upload or connect your usual upload workflow.
How do I share an album?
Open the album in your dashboard and use the gallery link your guests or clients should open. If you use QR codes for the event, share or print the code shown for that album.
Can guests upload photos without creating an account?
Yes, when guest upload is enabled for the album. They use the link or QR code you provide; they do not need their own OM Gallery account.
How do downloads work for visitors?
You control download permissions in the album settings. Visitors can download only when you allow it for that gallery.
What is the Breeze / DSLR Remote Pro integration?
It lets compatible DSLR Remote Pro (Breeze) setups send booth photos into OM Gallery so new shots can appear in an album without manual upload. Configuration happens in your booth software and OM Gallery account settings.
Where is my content stored?
On the cloud-hosted product, albums and files are stored with your OM Gallery account. A self-hosted PHP variant is in preparation but not yet available.
