What this help page covers
OM Gallery is for teams and hosts who need one place to publish an event album, control who can view or download, and optionally let guests add their own photos. Use the sections below to follow common workflows, scan questions, or jump to pricing and product screenshots.
Getting started overview
Most accounts share a first album shortly after sign-in. These steps summarize the path from registration to a live gallery.
Create an account
Register for a free trial. No credit card required to get started.
Create an event album
Name your album, set the event date, and configure access and download settings.
Upload your photos
Upload manually via the dashboard, or connect Breeze DSLR Remote for automated delivery during events.
Share with clients or guests
Send the gallery link or display the QR code. Your audience browses and downloads based on your settings.
Core workflows
Concrete paths people follow inside OM Gallery after the basics are set up.
Create and configure an event album
Add an album for the event, set the title and date, and choose viewing and download rules before you upload files.
Share galleries with clients or guests
Send a direct gallery link by email or message, or display a QR code so people can open the album on their phone.
Collect guest uploads
When guest upload is enabled for the album, visitors can add photos from their devices into the same event gallery.
Manage multiple events
Use your dashboard to work across many albums and keep each event separate without mixing files or access.

Troubleshooting
First checks before you contact support.
Gallery link does not open or shows an error
Confirm the album is still active, check whether a password is required, and try another browser or device. Ask the album owner to resend the link.
Upload fails or stops
Check your network connection, file type (for example JPG, PNG, or WebP), and that you have storage available on your plan. Retry with a smaller batch if the connection is slow.
Booth or automated uploads do not appear
Verify the Breeze / DSLR Remote Pro workflow is pointed at OM Gallery and that the target album exists. TODO_TECH_VERIFY: confirm exact integration labels in your booth software match your dashboard settings.
Login, billing, or account access
